Our maintenance programs have been very successful in keeping tennis facilities in top playing condition and in relieving the staff of the maintenance load. We provide all of our own equipment and Har-Tru to perform our maintenance service.

Our maintenance service includes:

•    Remove all loose and dead material from court surface, if necessary
•    Remove and treat all algae and weeds from court surface, if necessary
•    Lightly scarify surface
•    Apply 10 bags of Har-Tru to surface using a drop spreader
•    Patch all high lines and heavy play areas
•    Roll courts until desired compaction is achieved, if necessary
•    Adjust irrigation, clean net head bands, if necessary

This service is performed on a monthly basis or once every two months. And is scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance with the club, as not to interfere with normal operations.

Depending on the condition of your courts they may need to be resurfaced before a maintenance program can be initiated, then they will need to be resurfaced at least once every two years after the program has started. TCM of Florida offers discounted resurfacing for clubs that are currently under a maintenance program or have committed to start a program once the resurfacing has been performed.
